New Web Site for Tiny BASIC

As Tiny BASIC is nearing release, a new web site has been developed to host it. The web site will have all of the downloadable packages, along with blog posts, extra documentation, and sample programs and subroutines.

A comment system has been included to see if we can get some discussion going about this venerable little language. The site may expand in other directions in the future.
